Samanvay is a society registered under the Registration of Societies Act 1860. 

It was founded in 1990 with a purpose of providing education , skill traning , making educational films and helping with various social causes. In the past 34 years it has been credited with  establishment ,accreditation and management of a senior secondary school which has been functioning successfully for the past 13 years,successful completion of various skilled training programmes including training of masons for building earthquake resistance houses in Uttrakhand ,training of artisans and implementation of PMKVY 4.0 programme, organising various blood donation camps and free medical camps in collaboration with various hospitals and health care centres ,organising various sports event for school and college going students for the past 13 years and making educational and environmental friendly films on use of renewable source of energy , environmental films on hilly regions of Uttrakhand and Meghalaya
